M&E COORDINATOR - MAIN CONTRACTOR - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Irish building contractor working on a broad
range of buildings projects in the healthcare, education, industry,
construction, Datacenters and leisure industries in the UK & Irish
markets.
The initial role will be on a fast paced, large Data Centre
development
Reviewing design drawings & the coordinated model
Overseeing the BIM coordination
Coordinating RFI’s and Submittals
Monitoring procurement schedules
Providing technical support to the construction team
Carrying out quality checks on site
Liaising with the assigned certifier
Liaising with vendors and sub- contractors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Electrical engineering qualification
Good knowledge of the current electrical, fire alarm and lighting
standards
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Adaptable and solutions driven
Able to work in a team environment
Good organization & co-ordination skills
Enthusiastic and energetic
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navis works , Microsoft Excel
Willingness to learn new technologies
